We are very excited to announce that we will be updating our name and branding from ParaGeeks to PGi (ParaGeeks Innovations).  Though we are changing the name, everything else you’ve come to know and love about our service is still here, plus maintenance, integration, and installation enhancements to help us keep your home or business running smoothly.

However, why the change?  We started ParaGeeks as primarily an IT service provider to fill the gap between small, unlicensed, and uninsured entities and the “big guys” that typically care more about the bottom line instead of their clients.  We were parachuting in and saving the day with our team of geeks, fixing clients’ IT woes, thus ParaGeeks was born. 

Over the years (well over a decade now!) we served our clients, but as technology has evolved, so have we.  The convergence of IT and AV is tighter than ever and our clients required a company that could seamlessly handle both. Unfortunately, not a lot of companies can pull this off consistently, but we were up to the task.  Our team has combined decades of experience in both areas and we’ve used that to expand our offerings.  We’ve taken the time to become certified Lutron Homeworks dealers, certified Control 4 dealers, certified Josh.ai dealers, and more.  In addition, since we already had a strong foundation in IT, the seamless blend into the networking world that these systems require was an easy task for us, while many other integrators struggle.

The combination of a changing industry landscape and our own evolutionary journey necessitated a corresponding maturation of our name and brand to mirror how we go to market with our clients.  The result was the emergence of PGi to represent looking forward into the future of IT and AV integration while staying true to the values that have been our heritage for the past decade.  

Yet this shift is more than a pretty picture.  It is a new beginning as we enhance how we monitor, service, maintain, install, and more.  We look forward to expanding our reach while leveraging new and innovative technologies.  Our goal is to blend the latest technologies in a fashion that it becomes transparent in your everyday life.  Thank you to all who have supported us on our journey and here is to many more years at PGi.
